The objective is to support good governance and public sectors reform and in detail: • To enhance the institutional Capacity of the Ombudsman Bureau. analysing the institutional status of the Ombudsman Bureau, relationship with the concerned authorities, proposed functional structure and institutional and capacity building strategy; • To build the capacity of the Ombudsman Bureau’s staff analysing the training needs of the staff in all fields; • To build and operationalize the Ombudsman Bureau’s Systems with the design and the implementation methods.
