This project is considered to be necessary to the improvement of the country efficacy and transparency within the political administration and public service economy. It aims at increasing and strengthening the level of institutional capacity of the Togolese administration key State bodies, weakened by political and social crisis over the last years. One of the main components of the Programme is the equipment provision for an amount of ministries to let the public administration officers to accomplish their tasks at their best, with efficacy and coherence, in accordance with the Programme objectives. The objective of the mission is the preparation of a Tender Dossier for the equipment provision of IT materials, furniture and vehicles for service units as well as for Togolese administration offices, involved in the project.
