The overall objective of the mission is to evaluate ex-post the project SANGA III- 5th choreographic meeting of Africa and the Indian Ocean. It was analysed the impact of this project in order to draw some conclusions and to formulate recommendations for the creation of similar projects in the future. The specific objective of this mission is to evaluate and analyse in a critical and independent manner the project, in terms of its pertinence, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and viability, on the base of its general and specific objectives (and of foreseen projects too) and to analyse the basis of these interventions.
