The objective of the proposed Technical Assistance contract is to provide one Expert to assist in the procurement of IT equipment and vehicles requested by beneficiary institutions under the Rule of Law and Civic Education in Malawi project for the Rule of Law component. The specific objective of the present contract is to provide assistance in the preparation of the Technical Specifications for IT equipment and for vehicles to be procured.
