The objective of the Technical Assistance services consists in providing support to the ADAPCCA team in coordinating the activities and the technical assistance, taking into consideration that is aims at helping the strengthening of the economic integration process in Central America. The consultants provided International Technical Assistance and assisted the Project Director in planning, organizing and supervising all the activities in accordance with SIECA (Secretariat of Central American Economic Integration) policies as well as the procedures of the European Commission.
