The Government of Georgia believes that expanded hydropower capacity represents one major new source of energy for the country. The Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Georgia will conduct an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and a Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) for the Khudoni Hydropower Project. The objective of this assignment is to present to the Ministry of Energy the Environmental Impact Assessment and the Resettlement Action Plan for the Project in 2 main phases: 1. Preliminary Environmental and Social Screening. 2. EIA and Resettlement Action Plan (RAP)
