The expert is required to give assistance to Chad authorities in order to reform the electoral system and follow the preparation and start-up of the actions supporting this process, sustained by the European Commission with regard to the political dialogue and pledged by the European Funds for Development. This assignment is mainly focused on 2 points: - Technical assistance to Chad actors in the reform of the electoral system; - Support to the activity management and support to the reform of the electoral system.
