The project’s overall objective is to promote the economic, political and social development of Moldova in line with the priorities set out in the Action Plan and the PCA, as further detailed in the EU-Moldova Co-operation Councils. The Global objective of this contract is to review and assess the related issue in Moldova and to draft TORs for one or more projects under NAP 2005 and to assist the EC in preparing one more call(s) for tender. However due to the different nature of the activities and the beneficiaries it is envisaged to have a separate project to support the National Coordinating Unit and, if possible, a policy advise project for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs separated from a project on legal approximation involving the Ministry of Justice, the Parliament and the line ministries.
