Since 2002, the European Commission supported Madagascar, sustaining the actors of the electoral process, in particular the Electoral National Council, the Ministry of Interiors, the Administrative Reform and the Parliament. This assignment aims at strengthening and widening the achievements reached with regard to democracy and transparency of the electoral processes. The objective are: - to strengthen the capabilities of the national institutions involved in the organization of the elections; - to have the supervision and management of the activities related to the treatment of the electoral results within the project NATIONAL ELECTORAL ELECTRONIC LIST IN MADAGASCAR.
