The objectives of the programme of which this contract will be a part are: • To contribute to longer term peace and security in Liberia through improvements in good governance, respect for the rule of law and human rights and improved public sector finance management. • To provide support to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission in establishing the root causes of the civil conflict.
