This assignment aims at assessing the performance in implementing SAAP and achieving its objectives, providing the Jordanian authorities and the Commission with an objective and independent assessment of progress to date, taking into account the key aspects of programme implementation, in order to provide recommendations to stakeholders on any practical measures which can be taken to improve performance in implementation of the SAAP programme, as well as SAAP II and any possible future support linked to the Action Plan.
