The project will contribute to the promotion of a balanced regional development. The overall objective is to reduce economic and social disparities amongst regions. The purpose of this project is to promote in selected epicentres - “growth points”- a comprehensive approach on sustainable local development. The project specific objectives are: - to improve and develop local infrastructure (such as transport, telecommunications and other networks, communal services); - to pave the way for sustainable local development.
