The third peace laboratory originates from the experience of the previous peace laboratories. It is conceived to consolidate peace and development initiatives in conflict areas, with the objective of building a strategic sector that will allow international cooperation be more and more integrated within the country life . The specific objective is to strengthen and support peace political initiatives and alternative territory development actions, as a main contribution for the consolidation of the social Rule of Law to reduce illegal economies, violence, conflicts and reach some reconciliation. The objective of the assignment is to assess, set up and organize with the Beneficiary, all the operative aspects as well as the financial and administrative procedures of the EC to guarantee the project will work adequately.
