This project is part of a larger programme called the Civil Society Advocacy Programme (CSAP), funded by the European Union and focused specifically on the formulation and implementation of a communication strategy for the institutions designed by the Chapter 9 of the new South African Constitution to protect democracy and defend and promote political and human rights. The specific objective of the study is to assess, design and implement an appropriate and relevant communication and information strategy for the participating C9s, with a particular focus on the Commission on Gender Equality.
