The target project: TACIS AP Ukraine 2005 Transparency and efficiency of the judicial system of Ukraine aims at ensuring that the Ukrainian Judicial System (JS) is transformed the way it is open in a free and fair way to all Ukrainian citizens and also to non- Ukrainians when relevant. Global objective of this mission is to assess the Ukrainian Judicial System's (JS) equipment needs as regards the specific objectives of the target project (accessibility, performance, transparency and accountability) and to assist the EC in preparing a call for tenders/evaluating tenders for the equipment supply.
