The project will contribute towards more effective governance, reduction of poverty in the selected communities and improved living conditions for the targeted people. The overall objective of the study is to design and conduct an in-depth organisational assessment of the Commission on Gender Equality (CGE). The mission will outline key strategies and recommendations for organisational development interventions to improve efficacy of the CGE structural functioning, based on the assessment of the findings and in light with its constitutional mandate and the Act that has established it.
