The objective of this project is to improve the management and preparation of prosecutions by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) leading to the improvement of the conviction rate through the transmission of skills to ACB staff as well as the production and introduction of Standing Orders relating to the procedures of the ACB Prosecution and Legal Department. Our assistant to the Director of the ACB has to provide high level legal advice to the Director on the prosecution of individual cases and the management of the programme of prosecutions. The legal adviser works closely with the organisational development adviser, commissioned to assist the Director with the management and organisational development of the ACB, including high level strategic planning and systems development.
