The European Union plays a key role in the reform of the security sector in DRC. The beneficiary of this project the National Police of Congo (PNC) that needs to gain the confidence of people with the highest respect to public freedoms and human rights. In order to reach these objectives, our consultants are expected to: - carry out a survey on the current PNC status; - formulate recommendations to define the future Police Corp in the respect of the new constitution and within the integration of the country security strategy; - draw a detailed draft of law relative to its organization and functioning
