The mission aims at providing the Direction of Decentralization of Morocco (DEPP) with assistance in the organization of a focus group on Decentralization budget, selecting the main tools of the communication policy that will be enhanced in the future.The project is also focused on a communication strategy for DEPP, in order to update the existing documents and work out new strategies.DEPP is supported in the selection of the communication service manager as well as in setting a training course for the personnel on oral communication (media training). The mission aims at providing DEPP with a communication service, producing reports on decentralization current and updated, creating a managing group on communication techniques, organizing a focus group on Decentralization budget, producing a Decentralization leaflet, gathering law texts and regulations and setting the steps of Decentralization.
