This assignment is part of the Strengthening Police Forensic Capacity, a 2003 project comprising institution building and supply components. Within this context, the EC Delegation intends to conduct a market research and evaluate technical specifications used for the “Supply of Equipment for Strengthening Police Forensic Capacity” tender in line with the principles of fair competition, transparency and suitableness for forensic purposes as well as provide country of origin information of the equipment in question.
