Mercosur is a dynamic process of regional integration that includes Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay as full members, Bolivia and Chile as associated countries. The process covers a wide range of policies, going from the creation of a Common Market to a complete macro-economic organization, harmonization of social policies, joint political initiatives, regional guarantee for democracy preservation and respect of human rights. The objective of the Project is to strengthen MERCOSUR instances, helping the dialogue and negotiation between the governmental and socio-economic representatives.
