The objective of the contract is to provide technical assistance to strengthen the functions of supervision, monitoring and coordination of the assistance to the uprooted populations of Columbia as well as social-economic resettlement. In addition, the Technical Assistance is focused on the preparation of a financial proposal for the implementation of a plan in favour of the desplaced and uprooted populations in 2005.This mission duration is 10 months. In this lapse of time the main objective is to produce the elements to improve future actions in favour of desplaced populations, supported by the Commission.
