Based on the project presentation included in the National Indicative Programme, MEDA 2005-2006 for Morocco, the mission will aim at identifying a more developed programme and working out the project. The experts will define how to accomplish the programme and will produce a project of financial proposal with the relevant annexes, including the technical and administrative procedures in line with the measures and formats provided by the Commission. The consultants as well will have to express on the relevancy of actions present in the NIP and recommend their accomplishment. They can also identify something new to be introduced, that they deem necessary.
