The Security & Logistics expert will assist the EXM to undertake the following tasks:1. Advise on the number of Core Team Experts, long-term observers (LTO) and short-term observers (STO) necessary to establish an EOM, as well as on the duration of such EOM. 2. Make necessary preliminary logistics inquiries and planning and provide advice on how to organise the logistic component of the EOM.3. Draft a tentative budget indicating the expected EOM cost.4. Assess the security situation of the country in particular, in connection with the possible deployment of an EU EOM5. Contribute to the EXM Report containing: Political Background - Legal Framework - Registration Process - Election Administration - Security & Logistics
