The overall objective of the mission is to provide advise and update technical, administrative, financial and institutional conditions of the organization, implementation and management of the project "Fortalecimiento del Sector Justicia para la Reducción de la Impunidad en Colombia". The specific objective is to elaborate in close coordination with the beneficiary, the Colombian Agency for the implementation, the strategy for the implementation of the project. Specifically, the expected results of the mission are the draft of the OWP (Overall Work Plan) and the first AWP (Annual Work Plan), as well as to provide the EC Delegation in Colombia with technical advise in drafting the Terms of Reference for the European Technical Assistance foreseen in the project and the financing agreements in accordance with the EC rules and regulations
