Overall objective is to assist the MoH with the implementation of the Kosovo Health Law and to strengthen the capacity of the MoH in the development of further health legislation. The specific objectives are: 1. supporting the capacity of the MoH to implement the Health Law of Kosovo in compliance with the acquis communautaire and EU best practice; 2. To support the development of further legislation in compliance with acquis communautaire and EU best practice; 3. To increase the MoH’s capacity in the general formulation , development, drafting and implementation of legislation ensuring the overall consistency of the legislation and providing training for local experts on European Legislation, 4. Legislative drafting, including impact analysis and legal coherence.
