The EU-China Training Programme on Village Governance aims to promote and strengthen village self-government, village electoral procedures and rural economic management and development. ARS Progetti provides a core of experts that carry out a mid-term evaluation in order to assess progress against set objectives and to assist programme stakeholders in identifying strategic directions and formulating implementation plans for the remainder of the programme period to May 2006.
