This project is part of a preparatory phase for the Support to Policing of Crimes against Women and Children in the Eastern Cape Financing Proposal. The overall objective of this study is to design and draft, according to the European Commission standard template for Service Contracts, three (3) Terms of Reference, incorporating:- a police station exit poll survey- a customer satisfaction survey- a Domestic Violence Act compliance monitoring survey, as they relate to the Financing Proposal.
