The global objective of this assignment is to improve the legal, technical and administrative capacity of the responsible organization, Associations Department of the Ministry of Interior, in order to improve the public service towards civil society organizations in accordance with the EU standards and reach a common standard as well as create healthy and democratic working conditions for these organizations.The specific objective is to assist the Ministry of Interior in presenting and implementing a well-prepared EU funded program improving the public service and quality standards effecting civil society organizations.
