Assessment/identification study to support the reform of the juvenile judiciary system as foreseen in the programme for the adoption of the Acquis Communautaire. Formulation of recommendations in order to improve the legal social assistance framework for minors in conflict with the law. The direct beneficiaries of the programme are the Ministry of Justice and the National Authority for the Child Protection and Adoption, while the indirect beneficiaries will be the juvenile convicts, detainees and citizens in general.
