Within the reorganization of the public internal financial control, the mission is carrying out the following tasks: assessment of the current organization defined by the three main laws (Finances Law, Audit Law, Control Law); proposals for the improvement and updating of the functional review already made by the World Bank; evaluation of the needed human resources and training requirements for internal auditing; support to the Commission of Budget and External Audit; draft of compulsory legal or administrative acts defining functioning rules; Drawing up and presentation (workshop) of the Audit manual – English and Albanian version.
