In its exploration of how best to support the Chapter 9 Institutions’ advocacy role of civil society, the EC South Africa-Delegation is looking to design a Civil Society Advocacy Programme (CSAP). ARS Progetti provided, through a team of three experts, technical assistance for the following purposes: drafting a Financing Proposal; assessing the feasibility, relevance and sustainability of the preferred programme option; establishing the pre-conditions for programme implementation.
