In several areas of Africa, when entering the territory of another tribe, one is required to bear a special "passport mask". This has a profound meaning: to neutralise one's roots and individuality as a sign of respect to those whose territory is being entered. In this there is an ancient wisdom, the sublimation of humanity's neutral essence. Quoting Aeschylus Agamemnon "Provided they respect the temples and the Gods of the vanquished, then shall the victors be saved".

🏆 Award of a new contract in Iraq!

🌟 ARS Porgetti has been awarded, in consortium with EURECNA, of the EU funded project: Strategic/Interim Evaluation of the EU’s support to Technical Vocational Education and Training.

🎯 The main objectives of this evaluation are to provide the relevant services of the European Union and the interested stakeholders with:

🟢 An overall independent assessment of the past performance of EU interventions in the education sector between (2014-2022), paying particular attention to strategic results achieved.

🟢 key lessons learned, conclusions and related recommendations in order to improve current and future interventions.

➡️ In particular, and on the basis of the 5 EU-funded TVET projects included in this assignment, this evaluation will serve to formulate strategic and aggregate-level lessons learned and recommendations that will support the EU Delegation to Iraq to take stock of the impact and performance of EU investment thus far in the education sector in Iraq, enhance their alignment with the Iraqi national policy framework on TVET, and to adapt the implementation/steering methodology of ongoing TVET projects where needed.

👉 The outcome of this evaluation will help the Delegation in strategically defining the direction and scope in EU forward looking education programming in Iraq, specifically in the framework of the Multi-Annual Indicative Programme for Iraq (MIP 2021-2027), the Annual Action Plan 2022 (AAP2022), the Annual Action Plan 2023 (AAP2023).

🌟 Excited to be back in Iraq!
