The Integrated Training and Education Support Programme (PIAFE) focuses on human development. It aims to organise the departments or structures in charge of education and training in a transversal manner so as to federate the various stakeholders in human development around the central challenges of education and training in Morocco. The programme pays particular attention to

  1. Indicators relating to girls' access to education;
  2. The diversity of territories;
  3. The development of good practices.

The objective of the PIAFE is to contribute, by 2025, to the development of Morocco's human capital through the implementation of the Strategic Vision 2015-2030, through the improvement of the supply of accessible education and training ; the strengthening of the response to the needs of young people and their personal and professional projects; the strengthening of social mobilisation around the ETS education and training sector; the improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the ETS.

The general objective of the programme is to contribute to the follow-up of the European Union's support to Morocco in the sectors of education, training and literacy in the framework of the PIAFE programme.
