Architect Enea Serjani

Architect
Enea Serjani is an architect specialized in Cultural Heritage and International Cooperation.

He holds a Master of Science in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Tirana (Albania), with a research and rehabilitation project of a religious Sufi historical complex, located in his hometown Gjirokastra, historical center of which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

In 2021 he finished the Specializing Master: Design for Development. Architecture, Urban Planning and Heritage in the Global South at Politecnico di Milano (Italy), and graduated with a thesis focused in the global construction industry and its potential transition into a circular economy.

In 2023 he finished the Specializing Master: Architecture, Landscape and Archaeology, Erasmus Mundus Master in Sapienza University of Rome (Italy), where he was graduated with Summa cum laude, with a thesis project focused in a new planning approach in the Palatine Hill, one of the largest Urban Archaeological Parks of Europe.

His professional experience as an architect starts in Albania where he has contributed in several new development projects, public spaces, interior design, cultural heritage research and restoration projects. In Italy, he has been a collaborator of ARCò - Architettura e Cooperazione in Milan and MB - Costruzioni in Monza, participating in project implementations of educational facilities in Africa. While in Rome, he has been a collaborator at F.Q.A.- Studio, conducting restoration and conservation projects, digital survey of cultural heritage sites, assisting in construction site supervision in the regions of Lazio, Campania and Tuscany.

From December 2023, he is a consultant in A.R.S. Progetti`s Technical Office, working with architectural design, restoration and conservation projects.
