Andrea Rachele Fiore is a Senior Programme Manager in public affairs with +15 years of professional experience with the United Nations, Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the World Bank and the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She acquired in depth working experience with the EU Institutions, its external relations as well as robust knowledge of the European Commission standards and procedures. She has managed complex cooperation programmes managing up to USD 25 million and 26 Projects simultaneously in governance issues including public administration and justice reform in fragile states, rule of law and has coached numerous training to governmental personnel. She has a university degree in political science, a master degree in international relations and an LLM obtained at the United Nations in international criminal law. She is also a 2021 PMI candidate. She has acquired profound experience with all cross-border cooperation mechanisms and instruments, having contributed to drafting Operational Programmes and defining coordination and management structures, such as the design of specific roles and functions of Steering Committees, Joint Technical Secretariats, Management Authorities and Contact Points besides having actively contributed to ad hoc justice governmental working groups and published several related analyses (for Governments and International donors). Her language skills (bilingual English/Italian, fluent Portuguese and fluent Spanish) and on field experience in Sub-Saharan Africa as well as South-East Asia, and South America makes her particularly result oriented, quickly adaptable to new situations and an innovative strategist. She has joined the Development Consulting Department of ARS Progetti SPA in January 2020.
