Gayathri is a Conservation Architect from India, currently working in the UAE. Her passion for Heritage Conservation is driven by a deep interest in understanding the correlation between Places, People, Time, and Culture. She has over 4 years of experience working in the field of Architectural Conservation across India and the UAE. She has worked on projects of various scales ranging from Architectural Heritage Documentation, Mapping and Listing Urban heritage, Preparing policies for the Urban Historical environment, Cultural landscapes and Heritage Impact Assessment. Her projects demonstrate the innovative and sustainable application of historic and traditional knowledge systems to befit the needs of the modern day. She has an immense interest in Heritage Research and is a Content Writer, with two published Books and several articles for INTACH. Here at ARS, she works on restoration and rehabilitation projects based in Al Ain.
