Flavia Cerroni is the Director of the Regional Office for Latin America since 2006, and she is based in Guatemala. With a BA in Political Science with a MA in European Union Affairs and International Relations, she collected more than 20 years of working experience in the field of development cooperation of which 11 in Latin America in the sector of decentralization, institutional building, state reform, human rights, civil society, communication strategy and vocational training. Specific working experience in evaluation and monitoring of projects. She boasts a sound knowledge of the EC policies and procedures as well as of the main international donors as PNUD, WB, IDB. She is lecturer in various masters and author of several publications.
