Giovanni Mastrandrea is the Coordinator of the Development Consulting Department at ARS Progetti. An expert in strategy, management and business organisation, Mr. Mastrandrea is an experienced project manager with extensive understanding of the cooperation and development sector. He has successfully completed more than 50 major international cooperation projects in Africa, Central and Eastern Europe for the EU, the World Bank and other international funds. He has extensive experience in SME development, management training, human resource development and regional economic development. In addition, he has participated in several technical assistance projects worldwide, supporting the local organisation in sector studies, feasibility studies and investment planning, the organisation of several types of events and trade missions as well as supporting local institutions involved in attracting foreign investment.
