Ms Maccelli is a Senior Expert with an outstanding track, lasting over 25 years, in the field of Good Governance and Justice sector reforms, acquired during top level identification, formulation and evaluation of complex programmes. She has been working on identification, programming, formulation, management and M&E of a large number of programmes and projects during ST and LT assignments performed in the following geographical areas: Central and Eastern Europe, Western Balkans, Mediterranean countries, Middle East, Africa, Central and Southeast Asia, the Pacific.
She is a renowned evaluator, with 32 evaluations conducted, most of which as TL, of large programmes and projects funded by IOs (EU, UN, ILO, etc.).
