Martha Romero is a Lawyer, who holds a Master in Development Law, Public Policy, with specialization in Human Rights. She has more than 25 years of professional experience in fields related to her profession. She has been a UN peacebuilding official in El Salvador and Guatemala. She has also served as team leader of EU projects. She supervises and makes decisions about projects implemented by ARS Progetti in Latin America. She is part of the ARS Progetti quality control team. In charge of develop and implementation of projects related to democracy, peacebuilding, human rights, civil society, gender and indigenous people. She is author of multiple articles and critical analysis on human rights, democracy, elections, gender, immigration, multiculturalism in Central America, which have been published in different media and specialized magazines.
