Hikmat Ullah is an Associate Engineer in Civil Technology, certified by the Punjab Board of Technical Education (PBTE) in Lahore, Pakistan. He specializes in AutoCAD drafting, with expertise in architectural and landscape shop drawings, and possesses extensive experience in documents controlling. In addition, he has a strong background in office and logistics management, ensuring seamless operations across various projects. From July 2019 to October 2021, he served as a Document Controller and Office Manager with A.R.S. Progetti S.P.A in Abu Dhabi. Currently, he holds the position of Logistics and Office Manager at the Abu Dhabi branch of A.R.S. Progetti.
