Technological and methodological skills are transferred to a national institution in the context of the roles and responsibilities under the forest legislation of the country, in order to pursue the formation and development plan implemented in this project, consolidate the institutionalization of the educational system for technical and professional training and become an effective and sustainable mechanism to strengthen SFAPVS. This is essential for the success and sustainability of the project since it is necessary, from the beginning, development and training plan is agreed and integrated at the institutional level in the MOSEF. The expected results are: - A complete diagnosis of formation needs of the target beneficiary population; - An induction plan and joint learning training implemented in the priority areas addressed in response to the interests and needs of the sector institutions and specifically aimed at the consolidation of SFAPVS. - Implementation of a technology platform for organizing virtual training. - Methodological and technology infrastructure that ensures sustainability of the project and a team qualified inside the apposite institutional structure to continue the training plan.
