GENERAL OBJECTIVE / OBJECTIVE GENERAL: Since 2007 the EU has supported the Kosovo institution in the fight against organised crime, corruption and terrorism financing. The current evaluation will focus on the following three projects: 1. Project against Economic Crime in Kosovo (PECK) 2. Project against Economic Crime (PECK II): 3. Further support to Kosovo Institutions in their fight against organized crime, corruption and violent extremism

QUALIFICATION: Qualifications and skills
- A Bachelor’s (or equivalent level) degree in law, economy, public administration reform or political science.
General professional experience
- At least 3 years working in the home affairs/ justice/ security sector.
Specific professional experience:
- Experience in working in the justice/ home affairs sector in IPA (Instrument for Pre-Accession) beneficiary countries including former IPA countries on fighting corruption and organised crime
Language skills: - Proficient in speaking/ writing/ reading Albanian
