The scope of these reconstruction works consist of a complete reconstruction with improvements to both horizontal alignment and profile on 94.4 km road. The objective of the technical audit is to provide a factual report on works/services carried out by Reynolds Construction Company (the Contractor) and the Supervising consultant with regard to the organisational, technical contractual and financial aspects during implementation of the project.
